The rooms were so cozy and modern, and the private terrace was a dream! As someone who loves great views and a comfortable stay, I absolutely loved it.

The lighting in the room could've been a bit brighter for my liking.

We stayed at this hotel for a short leisure trip to explore the historic sites in Madrid. The location was perfect, within walking distance to major attractions and Metro stations. The staff was accommodating and allowed us to store our luggage after check-out to continue sightseeing. The room was comfortable, and despite a minor issue with the initial room assignment, the hotel quickly resolved it, providing us with a room overlooking the street. Overall, a pleasant stay with excellent service and convenient access to the city's landmarks.

Perfect location, less than 100 metres from Opera Metro Station and within walking distance to popular sights like Puerto del Sol, Plaza Mayor, and the Mercado de San Miguel market. Helpful and friendly staff, clean rooms, and a comfortable and modern design. A great choice for first-time Madrid tourists. Highly recommend!

I absolutely adored the modern decor of the hotel, with its vibrant colors and charming artwork on the walls. The hotel's general areas, such as the terrace with its wonderful views, were perfect for taking a leisurely stroll and enjoying the sunset. Additionally, the hotel's accessibility for senior people was remarkable, with easy access to nearby attractions and the absence of any challenging staircases or narrow passages.

The only small improvement I would ask for is more assistance from the young staff members to cater specifically to the needs of senior guests.

First visit, staff provided local info. Perfect fit for me with Wi-Fi, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, bar/lounge, restaurant, welcome drink. I remember it. Laundry, flat-screen TV, easy check-in/out. Air conditioning, no pets, no smoking. Coming back for New Year.

We had a fantastic time enjoying the Royal Palace's mesmerizing Changing of the Guard ceremony, which happens every Wednesday and Saturday. The vibrant atmosphere and impressive displays made it a truly memorable experience for our family.

My wife says that having a larger play area for the kids would make it even more family-friendly.
